Avénu Hair Extension Training – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in training courses provided by Avénu Hair Extension Training (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in any course, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Course Bookings

Places on in-person training courses are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your booking is confirmed only once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
For online courses, access is granted once payment has been processed in full.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
Deposits for in-person training are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
Full payment for in-person training must be received 14 days before the scheduled start date.
Failure to make payment on time may result in your place being cancelled.

4. Online Training Access

Access to online training materials is granted for a set duration, as specified at the time of purchase.
Course access is for your personal use only – sharing login details, course materials, or videos is strictly prohibited.
All content remains the intellectual property of Avénu Hair Extension Training and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

5. In-Person Training Attendance

You must attend on the date and time agreed.
If you are late, we may not be able to extend the session or repeat missed content.
You are responsible for arranging any models required for practical training unless otherwise stated.
You must follow all health & safety rules during training.

6. Certification

Certificates will only be issued once all required assessments are successfully completed.
We reserve the right to withhold certification if we believe a learner has not reached the required standard of competence.

7. Behaviour & Conduct

We expect all learners to behave in a respectful and professional manner towards trainers, staff, and other learners.
Any abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and applies to all bookings.
No refunds are provided for non-attendance or failure to complete the course.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused during training, except where required by law.
Learners are responsible for ensuring they hold appropriate insurance before carrying out treatments on the public.

10. Course Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, trainers, or schedules if necessary.
In the unlikely event we cancel a course, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All training materials, images, videos, and resources are owned by Avénu Hair Extension Training.
You may not reproduce, share, or sell any content without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
